Wedding Vendors and Bride Beware of Diamond Ring Productions

Diamond Ring Productions, based out of New Hampton NY has been contacting local CT wedding professionals without permission to use their email. According to the CAN-SPAM ACT, permission must be obtained before contacting a business by email. Emails were stolen by Kelly Ippolito and are now being used by Diamond Ring Productions to obtain sales for bridal show booths.

Diamond Ring Productions   Ripoff Diamond Ring ProductionsThe owner of Diamond Ring Productions, Kelly J. Ippolito is in direct violation of a non-compete not to do bridal shows in Connecticut.

Diamond Ring Productions has been warned repeatedly to cease and desist all competing bridal show activities in Connecticut.

Despite this, Diamond Ring Productions is engaged in a competitive business and soliciting sales without informing vendors of a non-compete contract. Diamond Ring Productions competitive activities violates the post term non compete obligations of the agreement.

Moreover, Diamond Ring Productions is in direct violation not to solicit past Clients for any purpose.

Furthermore, Diamond Ring Productions has continued to use confidential company records of accounts, bride lists, vendor lists and email lists for unauthorized purposes. Diamond Ring Productions using the confidential bride and vendor information on these lists after termination is a flagrant violation of post term company property rights.

With these circumstances in mind, beware of Diamond Ring Productions.

We strongly suggest that you demand an immediate refund for any money paid to Diamond Ring Productions on the grounds that you were unknowing scammed into paying for a booth in a show where Diamond Ring Productions had an agreement not to compete and never notified you of the agreement.
